This week’s Tuesday With Dorie recipe is Chocolate Olive Cookies. These biscuits are a chocolate sable flavoured with chopped olives.
It sounds totally weird, but these biscuits are really good. They melt in your mouth and have that sweet-salty thing going on.

I think my family is not totally a Sablés fan to begin with which didn’t help the situation with a chocolate and olive combo haha. Glad you enjoyed them…and as always I am happy for the experience!
I'd just have preferred a regular sweet and salty cookie to be honest!

I have all the ingredients in house so I need to get to these...and from your recommendation alone, I think Mark is going to love them as he loves both chocolate and olives, it will be interesting to see what he thinks of them. Nice photo.
