This week’s Tuesday with Dorie recipe is Chocolate Eclairs.
The recipe features chocolate choux pastry topped with a chocolate glaze, and in my case, filled with vanilla icecream.
I like choux pastry, so I enjoyed these eclairs.

Ice cream was a good choice for the filling. They look delicious!
Ooohhh! I loved to see your ice cream variation. It looks appropriately decadent. :-) I liked that suggestion but didn't have any on hand.
I have a few piped out eclairs in the freezer. I'm definitely copying you and making ice cream eclairs with them!
