This week’s Wednesday with Donna Hay recipe is One Pot Ginger Chicken, from Donna’s new book, One Pan Perfect.
Donna was inspired by Hainanese Chicken with the flavours in this dish - ginger, chilli, garlic.
This is a really tasty and healthy dish, and low fuss to make.

I want this! It looks so good and yet so figure-friendly...a big plus. I have never made those kind of beans and I would love to get some and try them. When I get my book (US can get it in January), I'm marking this recipe to try asap. Nice photo, it just leaps off the page.
