EwE - I've Got a Sweet Tooth - Pears Baked with Sweet Pecan and Brie Topping
For Eating with Ellie this week, Peggy chose the theme of "I've Got a Sweet Tooth". That is very fitting, because I do have a sweet tooth.
I chose Pears Baked with Sweet Pecan and Brie Topping from Weeknight Wonders. This dessert was super quick and easy to make, and was absolutely delicious - sweet and savoury, soft and crunchy.
I served my pear with a dollop of plain yoghurt, which went nicely with the other flavours.

I love pears---and pears with brie sounds fabulous. This has given me an idea for an appetizer :)

I have a sweet tooth too :D I would like this without the brie!
Your I've Got a Sweet Tooth dessert would be a real favorite with me...I need to mark this one and try it soon, maybe we can get a fruit theme in the fall when pears are their best here...love brie, love pecans, love yogurt, all this sounds really wonderful. Nice photo! I just made and posted mine today...Cake and Banana Toss with Chocolate Drizzle (more like chocolate plop in my case as you know me, messing with chocolate is never much of something I want to do so I just sort of dumped it on to get rid of it...lol). Anyway, that's done, I think I only have 8 catch ups left to do. Making progress. And eating well!
