FFWD - Curried Chicken, Peppers and Peas en Papillote
For French Fridays with Dorie this week, we have a cook in the bag recipe for curried chicken and vegetables - or Curried Chicken, Peppers and Peas en Papillote.
There's not much to say about this. It is the ultimate in convenience cooking, the kind of thing I like - easy, quick and tasty.
To see what the other Doristas thought of this week's recipe, visit the LYL section of the website.

Sounds delicious. I love curry. Blessings, Catherine
So easy right? A good technique to remember when I am short on time!
Love curry, great looking dish!
Super easy and delicious, chicken was juicy!
Glad you enjoyed!!! xo
The ease is what keeps me coming back to this recipe, even though I find the flavor so-so.
I love that it cleans up so easily too! :D Definitely a win for me!
I agree, it is so easy and turns out delicious.
This dish was so easy and wonderfully flavorful! I really enjoyed it, too!
I love food that's cooked in the bag. It really does seal in all the flavour xx
It was quick and easy but we didn't find it delicious:( It was okay though, at least it was quick and easy!
You said it all: easy, quick and tasty. What's not to like? Highly flexible too.
Gaye, what a lovely presentation - it seems that all of us really enjoyed cooking "en papilotte" this week!
There wasn't even that much chopping to do with this one. And so customizable, depending on what you have on hand. I was surprised at how much flavour there was in such simple ingredients.
Yup - very simple, unless, of course, you are like me and make it complicated :-)
Color Color Color!! Easy Easy Easy!
You are right quick, tasty and delicious. We liked this one too.
Lovely colors- yes this was fun, no ? I am hoping I remember to do this more often because it really was terrific results with very little effort.
Yep, you said it all. Quick, easy, colorful, quite tasty, just the ticket for a nutritious dinner after a busy day.
So making this on your photo alone...golly that's a great photo of it all and the ingredients would all fly smooth sailing here.
