BWJ - Savoury brioche pockets
It's Baking with Julia time again, and this week, our recipe is Savoury Brioche Pockets, hosted by Carrie of Loaves and Stitches.
These pockets are comprised of a brioche dough, filled with potato, caramelised onion and asparagus, with a sage leaf on top.
I thought these were quite tasty, and they look cute.

So cute! I haven't been motivated to bake along lately, but I know I would have enjoyed these.
I love savory baking!!
Oh yours are so cute :) Mine were a bit "special" - I forgot to read the recipe before I started (generally I find that helps!) Well done!
These were good and very cute :-)
I agree with everyone else - these look very cute indeed! What a great effort.

Sounds amazing!
Your pockets turned out great! I am looking forward to using the other half of the dough I put in the freezer. And am tempted to make another batch of dough....just to have on hand. (crazy)
I can't wait to make these! I love all the components of this dish - right up my alley. Your pockets look good!
These do look so cute! I really enjoy reading your Baking with Julia posts and seeing what you come up with twice a month! These look fun and delicious.
We really enjoyed these, too. I think they'd be perfect on an appetizer tray, if the rounds were smaller.
I didn't make these but they look so good that I just might have too!
Who doesn't love an individual bite of wonderful??
Looks good! They are a lot of work, aren't they?
