TWD - First-of-Fall Apple Bundt

This week’s Tuesdays with Dorie recipe (Dorie’s Everyday Cakes) is First-of-Fall Apple Bundt. This cake is flavoured with spices and apples, and topped with a delicious optional not optional caramel glaze, to give it a real autumn flavour.

It’s spring in the Southern hemisphere, but apple cakes are for all year round, and this one was delicious.

Look at those juicy chunks of apple!

Spring or Fall, I'm thinking this apple cake would be fantastic whatever the season. Your apples are so evenly distributed whereas mine all grouped together at the bottom (the top when flipped out), I need to work on that. The caramel (optional NOT optional) made the came even more fantastic...from now on, if I make it any other way I will always think something is missing...that caramel. You did an excellent job making and photographing this one.
