This week’s Tuesdays with Dorie recipe is Cheese-Swirl Babka Buns.
The recipe uses a half recipe of the same brioche that we made as a simple loaf a couple of weeks ago.
The filling contains ricotta, cream cheese, shallots and cheese cubes, among other things. The resulting buns are super tasty - I really enjoyed them.

They were! Making the brioche dough is quite a process, but it would be worth it ti have these buns again.
