This week’s Tuesdays with Dorie (Dorie’s Anytime Cakes) recipe is Baked-in-a-skillet Gingerbread. I didn’t have a skillet, so I used an 8” pie dish instead, and only made a half recipe. It contains both ground and crystallised ginger.
Even a half recipe made a large cake. This one was ok, but I didn’t love it. I probably won’t repeat it.
