This week’s Tuesday with Dorie recipe is Rugelach with Four Fillings. I made a half batch with one filling.
I chose the cream cheese, apricot ham and chocolate chip filling.
I found the dough a little challenging to work with, but the resulting biscuits are delicious.

They look delicious. I must confess that I left out the jam, so it was just cream cheese and chocolate.
I found the dough hard to roll so thin, but agree that the results were tasty. happy holidays! xoxo
