TWD - Brioche Sandwich Buns




This week’s Tuesdays with Dorie recipe is Brioche Sandwich Buns. A rich brioche dough is formed into buns for your favourite sandwich filling.


Here’s a peek at the crumb:


The buns have nice browned crusty tops, the way I like my bread rolls.
