This week’s Tuesday with Dorie recipe is Zan’s Birthday Cookies. These cookies comprise a chocolate/coconut brownie base, a coconut pastry cream filling and a chocolate crumble topping.
They taste OK, but probably are not a repeat for me.

i did like these (could have used some more cream filling), but i am very fond of the chocolate-coconut combo. a lot of clean-up to be done after making these, for sure though!

DeleteI am not a fan of coconut so for me these were a lot of work…but my family on they other hand love the combo! Good job on yours!
