This week’s Tuesday with Dorie recipe is Mulled Wine Jammers - a vanilla sable topped with spiced fruit jam and streusel.
Instead of making Dorie’s jam, I used some Christmas jam that I already had. As it was also a spiced jam, I figured it was a viable substitute.
These biscuits are buttery, light and delicious.

I can't wait to make these! Yours look lovely!
ReplyDeleteThanks Mardi. These were good.
DeleteThese are sooo good. Mark just loves them and I thought they were very good as well. Yours look so good. I tried to put some of these in the freezer for the Christmas trays but apparently he got them back out and is working on eating them all. I should have labeled it "Chicken Parts" like I did when the boys were home to keep them from getting into the cookies and eating them all.
ReplyDeleteGood idea for the jam substitute. These were a tasty cookie.
ReplyDeletedelish! loved these and their Christmasy vibes, too.
