EwE - Guinness and Beef Skillet Stew

 
 
 
For Eating with Ellie this week, Glennis chose Guinness and Beef Fillet Stew.
 
This was a tasty, quick stovetop stew packed with vegetables and loads of good things.  I'd make this again.

    Oh well yours looks way better than mine! Yours looks thick and rich. Mine never really got thick. It was just ok to us.

    I would make this again, too. I made it on a night that my husband and I both got home tired and cranky and we still had a quick, simple meal. Thus, I am very happy with this! Yours is so colourful - lovely!

    Like you, I would make this again. Yours looks fantastic. I think you win with the stew photo for this week of the recipe, just really a great photo. Happy to have this recipe in hand for future batches.
