WWDH - Tomato and Basil Poached Fish
For Wednesday with Donna Hay this week, Kayte chose Tomato and Basil Poached Fish from p97 of Off the Shelf. This dish is comprised of a rich tomato sauce, with the fish cooked and served on top of it.
I didn't have basil, so there was no basil involved in my dish.
The end result was rather tasty and even a tad rich - so spoil yourself and make it.

ReplyDeleteThat looks great, with or without the basil. I forgot to offer to have you all pick another recipe that you wanted to make since I am not blogging right now. I hope you liked it well enough that you aren't upset with me! I am making this one this week as last week was a complete disaster of meals...no one here to eat them as we were busy doing other things. This week will be much better!
