EwE - Chicken and Broken Noodle Soup

For Eating with Ellie this week, Margaret chose Chicken and Broken Noodle Soup.

This was  a really simple dish to make, but the end result was delicious.  I only made a half batch, but it was so good, I wish that I had made more.  A half batch made two very hearty servings of soup.

To see what the others thought of this dish, visit the LYL section of the EwE website.

Hi Gaye:)
Finally getting to be soup weather in these parts. From the looks of the ingredients on the site, I'd be sorry I didn't make a full batch too!

Thanks for sharing, Gaye...

Hi Liz, the postal system is inconsistent - they deliver all over the place. Glad your card finally arrived!

Hi Louise - yep, this is on the make again list.

Finally got this one made this week and posted it today...well worth the time spent chopping and dicing as this was very good. I liked it just fine but I added a little hot sauce to Mark's to jazz it up in flavor as Mark likes spicy. Either way, a real winner. But then I knew it would be because you aren't the biggest soup fan and you wanted more of this one! :-)
