For Eating with Ellie this week, Sarah chose Pacific Rim Salmon Burgers. I wasn't too sure if I'd like this - minced salmon and spice patties with cucumber, carrot and lettuce on a wholemeal bun. However, in the end, I was pleasantly surprised. The pattie had a really nice flavour, and in my case, didn't suffer from the lack of capsicum (I didn't have one).

These were also very quick and easy to make - bonus.

Sounds like you get to try dishes that you wouldn't normally try which is great! And they all sound really good too. I should buy her cookbook :)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you liked it! Someone else pointed out that salmon is a bit more moist which leads partly to the good end result.
ReplyDeleteHmmm...what can I say that would be nice? Well yours looks really good and gorgeous in its glad rags! And I did like the sauce a whole lot! :-) I'm not fond of fish and bread or breading inside it...Mark liked it. :-)
