I'll tell you what, what I have found
That I'm no fool, I'm just upside down
Ain't got no cares, I ain't got no rules
I think I like living upside down
That I'm no fool, I'm just upside down
Ain't got no cares, I ain't got no rules
I think I like living upside down
Paloma Faith, Upside Down
Yup, those lyrics say it all. Until Blogger stops rotating photos and/or provides a rotation tool, you will have to look at some photos upside down.
This week's Wednesday with Donna Hay recipe is chosen by Kayte, and is Pumpkin and Goat's Cheese Pizza from p78 of Modern Classics I.
I was in luck because I had a piece of pizza dough in the freezer that I could use to scale down the recipe to a single serve without making more pizza dough for this. And the toppings - devine. Who doesn't like roast pumpkin, goats cheese and proscuitto? I loved this pizza.
Oh I wonder why blogger does that! I was staring at the pizza instead of the cutlery so I didn't notice though :)
ReplyDeleteI couldn't wait to see what you did with this one. I couldn't use the meat so mine is different. It is interesting but I am not sure, I would make it again.
ReplyDeleteOh, what a fantastic little pizza!
ReplyDeleteLuckily pizza is good any way up (well, except face down) :)
ReplyDeleteI love Paloma Faith and I LOVE that song!!! this looks delicious by the way :)
ReplyDeletehave you tried saving the photos rotated to the wrong way and see if blogger will change those :-) sounds frustrating - I haven't found it doing this but a rotation button on the toolbar or picture window would make sense.
ReplyDeletelove goats cheese and pumpkin on pizza and love having a bit of dough ready to go
yum!! i love the combo of ingredients and flavours on the pizza :)
ReplyDeleteThat's a great picture, even if it is sideways. I agree that pumpkin and goat's cheese was an amazing combination.
ReplyDeleteYou are one up on me as I have never had pumpkin on pizza before...however, that does not surprise me as you are an adventurous eater and try lots of new and good things all the time! It looks great, no matter how the photo is oriented.
ReplyDeletePumpkin did sound odd, but it worked. Kinda. YOur pizza is pretty.
