WWDH - Thai Caramelised Pork Salad


This week's Wednesday with Donna Hay recipe is Thai Caramelised Pork Salad, chosen by Kayte.

I loved the pork component with its sweet and spicy flavours, but the undressed salad did not impress me.

    I like dressed salads too! It doesn't feel quite complete unless it has some sort of dressing on it :)

    I forgot to tell you--homecoming is a football tradition for each individual school--like one game is their 'homecoming' game where they play their rival. A dance usually follows!

    I made it with chicken and it was great. The photo wasn't and with little time, it was just as well, I didn't post.
