TWD - Expresso Chocolate Shortbread Cookies


Just like a shot of expresso with a teaspoon of sugar, this post will be short and sweet.

These cookies are easy to make and taste good; however, I am not a particular fan of shortbread, so they won't be appearing on my rotation list again any day soon.

    They look wonderful! I love shortbread, although I think I like it plain better than with coffee in it.

    Well, if you have any leftovers, the guys will be more than happy to take those off your hands...LOL. They LOVED them, already a request for more. Go figure. Yours look wonderful, and I always love that plate!

    Ooh! Shortbread in August. I love it. I always associate it with Christmas, but why only enjoy it once a year, right?

    Nice job on the cookies! I wish I didn't like shortbread as much as I do. I like plain shortbread better than these, though.
