Queen of Puddings - The Great British Pudding Challenge

It's British Pudding Challenge time again, and for April, Rosie has selected a dish fit for a queen - Queen of Puddings, that is! For those who have never been lucky enough to try it before, the Queen of Puddings is a bread custard topped with raspberry jam and crowned by fluffy meringue, all served warm. You can find the recipe for this delightful pudding here.

I have to say that this has been my favourite pudding challenge so far. The Queen of Puddings is light, sweet and altogether moorish. Yum!

Thanks to Rosie once again for hosting this challenge.
