It kind of reminded me of East Indian spices (cumin and coriander being in common). We enjoyed it...and I used chicken breasts rather than a whole bird. They are known for selling a product for a while then discontinuing it. It's definitely not mainstream here, as you say.Mae Travelshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13328946930935633113noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2904224777464805669.post-62838132400631300562015-02-12T01:16:49.818+11:002015-02-12T01:16:49.818+11:00Yay for cauliflower rice. :) I'm glad I made t...Yay for cauliflower rice. :) I'm glad I made the dukkah because I have already used it lots of times. I couldn't find it easily so I googled it and found a recipe to make it, very simple and easy with things I already had on hand. I made a small batch but still have some left to try on other meats and fish as it was delicious. I also learned how to take the backbone out of a chicken from this week's recipe...a week of learning! Yours looks wonderful and so do the dishes you served it with. I would definitely make this one again. :-)Kaytehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04892296035070233639noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2904224777464805669.post-73802356127311702002015-02-11T23:01:01.991+11:002015-02-11T23:01:01.991+11:00I enjoyed making the dukkah.
