Here the typical candy ...Oooh I love spice cookies. Here the typical candy to use in a stained-glass cookie is a Jolly Rancher or a Lifesaver, but I've never tried it with a spice cookie--just a plain old sugar cookie. We used to make these when I was a kid and my favorite flavors were the apple Jolly Ranchers and the cherry and pineapple Lifesavers.
