Love this method of cooking ...This was a good one. Love this method of cooking chicken breasts as it keeps them nice and moist and tender. I sometimes have a problem with that and telling when they are finished, this was easy. I will use this technique again and again. Yours looks wonderful and a pretty plate as well! No one here but me was going to eat parsnips or peapods as she suggested for the sides so I went with a bit of alfredo pasta and a salad.
