TWD - White Chocolate and Poppy Seed Cookies

For Tuesday with Dorie this week, the recipe is for White Chocolate and Poppy Seed Cookies.

These cookies take Dorie's basic good for almost anything cookie dough, and combine it with white chocolate chunks and poppy seeds.  After baking, the cookies are topped with more white chocolate and poppy seeds.

These are rather attractive cookies which taste quite good.  Perfect for the white chocolate or poppy seed lover.

To see what everyone else made this week and what they thought of it, visit the LYL section of the TWD website.

This is definitely an interesting combination of ingredients, white chocolate and poppy seeds. Why not? They certainly are pretty.

Mmmmm....I'm a sucker for white chocolate. Think I'd be the only one liking the poppy seeds, but I'd happily eat everyones' share!

I like both white chocolate and poppy seeds so I'll give these a go! :D

These definitely were pretty and easy to make but I actually preferred them without the chocolate topping (can't believe I am saying this but it was too sweet with the icing!)

Sounds great to me - I love stuff with seeds but sadly not everyone in the house does! I am sure I could smuggle a few in for myself!

These are a tasty cookie. I am glad that you needed more white chocolate too and it wasn't just me.
