TWD - Rosemary-Parm Cookies

Our first Tuesday with Dorie recipe this month is Rosemary-Parm Cookies. These are savoury biscuits flavoured with fresh rosemary and Parmesan cheese.  I was quite chuffed to be able to use home grown rosemary off the balcony.

These biscuits were pleasant and not at all sweet.  They would go well with a glass of wine as a starter at a dinner party.

I'm looking forward to making these as an apéro when we're in France next week :)

I am still on vacation so unable to cook. These sound like a good appetizer for when I get home.

I've got some rosemary on the balcony just waiting for these, too! They look great and I'm glad they're getting a good review from you. :)

They look and sound great, like that they're not so sweet and perfect for an appetizer. I see the recipe in her cookbook and wonder if you used almonds or pecans? Thanks for sharing!
