For Tuesday with Dorie this week, I made Odile's Fresh Orange Cake. This is just a lovely, light, spongy orange cake that is moistened with orange syrup.
You could have fancied this up with poached oranges on top, but I have limited time so left out this optional extra. This is a beautiful cake that is a cinch to make - I'd make it again.
