EwE - Egg Noodles with Onions, Caraway, and Parsley



For Eating with Ellie this week, Chaya chose Egg Noodles with Onions, Caraway, and Parsley.  The description of this dish is pretty much what it says on the tin.

This really is a tasty dish - I ate it as a side with my main meal, but then finished the leftovers for breakfast with a poached egg on top.  Yum!

This is an unexpected keeper.

Wow I have had egg noodles but not with onion, caraway and parsley! I should give it a go! :D

I am glad you liked this. I am still trying to find time to make it without success, but I am not giving up. Yours looks better than I had expected it would and I had great expectations. I am a noodle lover.

Looks like a keeper to me as well. Noodles, onions, caraway, I'm there all the way! Yours looks marvelous.

I like the idea of the poached egg for brekkies. I will make this one eventually.

Finally got around to making these noodles and posting them today. You are right, they were good and I like the sounds of eating those with an egg on top for breakfast!
