FFwD - Mushroom and shallot quiche


Good morning fellow travellers, it's French Friday with Dorie time again, and this will be a quick one, as I am in some kind of alternative universe where life is rather hellishly busy.

Behold my mushroom and shallot quiche - rather pretty, don't you think?

So set a spell, take your shoes off, grab a cuppa and enjoy a slice of quiche:

    Yes, they do - we just tell them its an omelet with a crust :-)
