FFwD - Beef daube with carrots & elbow macaroni

This week's FFwD recipe is Beef [cheek] daube with carrots & elbow macaroni.  There are no cheeks here - just beef.

This was absolutely delicious, and a complete meal in a pot:

Beef daube is heavenly! I've never made it myself but have eaten it and it's such a favourite. If I see it on a menu I always have to order it :)

I loved this one as well, but didn't get a chance to post about it. One pot meals are such time savers and perfect for this time of year. Your daube looks so tasty.
